It is official!! SqBx has been certified by the United States Postal Service as an authorized tracking software provider for its Delivery Partner Project.
With the ability to exchange data with the USPS system, SqBx helps ensure accurate event codes are reflected for a package status. This project known as the USPS Delivery Partner Project is sponsored by National Association of College and University Mail Services, an organization dedicated to educating and improving the higher education mail services arena.
SqBx would like to thank NACUMS for working with USPS to provide an improved experience to recipients of USPS packages on college and university campuses nationwide. NACUMS members spear headed the USPS Delivery Partner Project which makes a radical improvement on how the status of package displays on the USPS site.
What Does This Mean for SqBx Users?
Now that SqBx has been certified by USPS, to support the NACUMS Sponsored Delivery Partner Project, that means our campuses and other customers, who have had challenges with USPS reflecting a package as delivered before it reaches the end recipient will have an opportunity to improve their customer experience. Adding this feature not only saves time and headaches fielding calls about packages showing delivered when they have not reached the student or designated recipient, it also ensures the best possible experience for your internal customers. Facilitate your workflow by using event codes that are displayed on the USPS site to show when a package has been received at the mail center, when the recipient has been notified they have a package, as well as once the final delivery has been complete.
