We have added a new way for you to reach our support team – our Support Portal. In order to better serve our customers and ensure expeditious resolution of any questions, we have implemented a new ticketing system that offers a customer portal.
This support portal will help you track tickets for your questions. You can even submit your own ticket directly to support. For new users, you will go to https://ubiquia.atlassian.net/servicedesk and click sign up to create your account. From here, you will be able to create support tickets, add notes to tickets, and see their progress as our team works to assist you.
