Hey SqBx users! Team SqBx is excited to share our newest release with you. Thank you for staying tuned and reading about our latest release! This SqBx release includes enhancements inside SqBx Asset Tracking and SqBx Package Tracking.
SqBx Asset Tracking Enhancements
SqBx offers an Asset tracking module that enables organization to track their fixed assets. Fixed asset item types vary by organization. Examples include:
- Office equipment
- And more
Systematic tracking of assets mitigates theft and loss and improves accountability and traceability of fixed assets inside your organization. The SqBx Asset tracking solution offers check in and check out of assets to personnel or to locations, pinpoint functionality, the ability to track warranties, depreciation, repairs, and so on. Assets can even be assigned a specific status, such as assigned to custodian, moved to location, out for repair, sold, salvage, and more.
In this latest release, enhancements were made to the import functionality so assets can be assigned to a current location or current custodian upon initial import. This is extremely useful for organizations that previously performed tracking on paper or in excel format, as the current placement of the asset can be automatically assigned when your start your SqBx Asset Tracking solution. For our asset tracking subscribers, we’ve also added more pages where you can export your asset lists to PDF or .CSV.

SqBx Package Tracking Routing Enhancements
As a continuation from our last release, our routing functionality for deliveries has been further enhanced. The routing tool provides an excellent visual of all packages that need to be delivered. Your SqBx mobile device will list all routes, their stops, and packages at each stop.
Now available from routing is delivery via signature and no sign required. Rules created by your organization for the delivery status will be available in the routing tool. This is especially useful when performing deliveries to rooms or other areas that are unmanned and where signature capture is not required part of your process. This enhancement can be set up by your SqBx administrator.
We are extremely excited, and hope you are too, for inventory management and the latest delivery enhancements.
Coming soon to Allocadence and SqBx tracking will be the ability to transfer delivery order information directly into SqBx for routing and proof of delivery for your internal supply deliveries.
Many of our SqBx customers, in addition to package tracking and delivery, have to manage inventory and supplies for their organization. Our Allocadence inventory solution offers tracking tools necessary to effectively manage all of your inventory needs. We will be enhancing our inventory solution to assist our client organizations with their internal order and delivery needs.
